Cozy stay with tasty breakfast

I stayed 2 nights and really liked the variety at breakfast—seriously, they had options I didn't expect! Also, I ordered room service, and it was quick and good. Just a little bummed about the weird smell from the bathroom vent. it kinda stunk up the room if the door was open.

However, you won't find a coffee pot in the room, which is a strange absence for a place like this. Also, there’s a lack of information regarding breakfast and hotel amenities, making it feel a bit disconnected. Maintenance seemed overlooked. I noticed some holes in the ceiling and a shower pan that felt questionable underfoot. Additionally, the pet fee of 300 pesos per dog seems quite steep, especially since the extra cleaning for two small dogs hardly justifies that cost. Having multiple charges for pets when just one fee per room would suffice feels unnecessarily high.

the ibis was in a great location, just a short walk to the historic downtown area. the room was clean, and the staff was quite friendly, though some were not as attentive. overall, you can't beat the spot for exploring the city!
